🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) – All Emirates

  • Gulf Countries (GCC)

  • Selected International Destinations

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


📦 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within UAE: 1 – 3 business days

  • GCC Countries: 3 – 7 business days

  • International Shipping: 5 – 10 business days (may vary depending on customs and location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, courier delays).


💸 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and shipping method selected. Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or above a specific value.


❄️ Perishable Product Notice

Our chocolates are sensitive to heat and must be handled with care. During warmer seasons, we take extra precautions (e.g., insulated packaging, ice packs where possible) to help protect your order.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the package promptly upon arrival.


🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided link to monitor the delivery status of your package.


📬 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Unattended delivery locations

  • Refused or returned shipments

Re-shipping charges may apply for undeliverable packages returned to us.
